ADAM AND EAVE PROPERTIES, INC. is a South Carolina (SC) private corporation, and all stock is owned by Tim Williams who is a native of upstate SC. He attended the Citadel  (http://www.citadel.edu/main/) and other schools to receive more than 10 SC & FL. licenses and certifications in the real estate and construction industries. Tim started this business in SC after doing the same thing in Pensacola, Florida for 11 years where he was transferred by Lockwood Greene Engineers-- Construction Management Division ( http://www.lg.com now http://www.ch2m.com ) in 1979. He was also an inspector and engineering tech in Atlanta, Ga for 6 years for Miller, Stevenson & Stienichen, Inc. http://www.speng.com/index.html  Tim returned to Anderson, SC in 1999, his hometown. Tim is a superior master inspector in residential, commercial and industrial construction in all disciplines.

Tim is an Anderson SC native and graduated from Boys High School in the city at the time.

Tim has home building, remodeling and real estate business experiences as a self employed person since 1988 after becoming a Licensed General Contractor, Home Inspector and Real Estate Broker. He also has received certifications under building codes, civil work of soils, concrete and asphalt paving and air conditioning and heating work.
