ADAM AND EAVE PROPERTIES, INC. is a South Carolina (SC) private corporation that is owned by Tim Williams who is a native of upstate SC and attended the Citadel and other schools to receive more than 10 Florida and SC licenses and certifications in the real estate and construction industries. Tim started this business in SC after doing the same thing in Florida for 11 years where he was transferred by Lockwood Greene Engineers and Architects in 1980, but returned to Anderson, SC in 1999, his hometown.

Tim has 15 years working with civil and building engineers, then went into the home building, remodeling and real estate business as a self employed person since 1988 after becoming a Licensed General Contractor, Home Inspector and Real Estate Broker.
